The Emmetsburg Business Park was developed by the Emmetsburg Community Development Corporation (ECDC), in partnership with the City of Emmetsburg and Emmetsburg Municipal Utilities (EMU).
The Emmetsburg Business Park is a 60-acre development located on the south edge of town on 25th Street, approximately half a mile from State Highway 4. Approximately 37 acres are available for light industrial business use. There are 15+ lots available, ranging from ranging from .87 to 18+ acres.

Topography is flat with gently rolling hills. Soil type is clarion loam.

Connecting flights are offered to both Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and Des Moines International Airport.
