Public Notice
In an effort to protect our lake, shore line, parks and community property, the City of Emmetsburg will be using a non-lethal cannon to deter the geese population from nesting on the lake. The cannon will need to be fired at random intervals, on and off for the next several months. Other steps may need to be utilized over the next few seasons when geese are migrating.
