Emmetsburg City Hall and the Emmetsburg Municipal Utilities office are now open to the public with the following guidelines:
- Please continue to access services remotely when possible. The payment drop box is open next to the front door of the buildling. Payments may also be made anytime by phone at 1-877-885-7968 or online by visiting www.emmetsburg.com and clicking “PAY UTILITIES.” Other assistance is available by contacting City Hall at 712-852-4030 or EMU at 712-852-2550.
- New protective sheilds are being used at our customer service counters, and surfaces are cleaned regularly. Hand sanitizer is also available.
- Customers are encouraged to practice rules of social distancing while in City Hall. Masks are not required but are recommended by the CDC.
- Please do not enter City Hall if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have potentially been exposed.
