SUMMARY:6th Annual Summer Bash & BBQ Contest
DESCRIPTION:BBQ Contest:\nCome on down Friday\, July 29th\, 2022  and see all the amazing setups that the many different teams have to compete with. This year is our First Turkey Smoke Contest after being chosen to be one of 24 contests to be held in the US. (entry forms and rules can be found under the forms tab) Turn In will be at 7:30 p.m.. Awards to follow. \nBean Bags Tournament:\nAt 5:30 p.m. Our 5th Annual Bean Bags Tournament Warm Ups will begin and tournament starting at 6:30 p.m..  Entry Fee of $20 (non-refundable) per team if paid by July 1\, 2022; late entries will be $25 (non-refundable) per team until the tournament is full.  We will have 16 all male teams and 16 co-ed teams.  If a pair of ladies would like to participate\, they are more than welcome to be in the co-ed bracket.  (Must be 18 years of age.) \nLive Entertainment – One Layne Band:\nMain act One Layne Band will be taking the stage at 8:00 to entertain everyone for the rest of the night!!! \nVendor Show:\nJoin us Saturday\, July 30th\, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. with our Vendor Show beginning with many local Direct Sales Tables set up.(Vendors list to come.) \nKids’ Games & Activities:\nBring the kids and come down to the Palo Alto County Fairgrounds as we will have many kids games and activities taking place beginning at 10:00 a.m.. \nCar & Tractor Show:\nWhile you’re enjoying the day be sure to check out the Car and Tractor Show beginning at 1:00 p.m. with cars coming from all over. \nThere will be food trucks available throughout the weekend as well!! \n \n  \n  \nSchedule is as follows: \nFri\, July 29 –      8:00A:  BBQ Teams Check in and Setup \n5:30P:  Check in for Bags Tournament which begins at 6:30: \n7:30P:  Smoked Turkey Contest turn in.  Awards to follow. \n8:00P:  Live music by One Layne Band \nSat.\, July 30:   9:00A – Noon:  Vendor Show \n10:00A:  Kids Games & Activities \n1:00P:   Cruise In – Car and Tractor Show \n12P – 1:30P:  KCBS Barbecue turn in for various meats \n4:00P:  Winners announced and prizes awarded.
