The Emmetsburg Municipal Utilities will file an application with the USDA Rural Development for financial assistance to develop a Wastewater Treatment Facility project. A public meeting for comments will be held at 7:00 AM on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at Emmetsburg City Hall to discuss the proposed project and to provide the opportunity for public comment.
