Emmetsburg City Hall & EMU offices will be closed on Thursday, December 23 and Friday, December 24 in honor of the Christmas holiday. December 24, 2021 (Christmas Eve) solid waste route will be picked up on Monday, December 27, 2021.

Emmetsburg Public Library will host GameLAB: board game program on December 27 from 2:00-4:00 PM, teaching kids how to play a classic designer board game from the library's collection. Refreshments will be provided. Newbies are welcome and encouraged to attend.
