Blue Christmas Service, the Annual Community Memorial Candlelight Service presented by Palo Alto Ministerial Association and Hospice of Palo Alto County, will be held on December 12 at 5:00 PM.  Refreshments provided immediate following the service.

The VFW will host a Soup Supper featuring chili, vegetable beef and chicken noodle soups (all homemade!) on December 14 from 4:30-6:30 PM.  The supper is hosted by the VFW and the VFW Ladies’ Auxiliary.  Free will donation.

The Emmetsburg Public Library will host "Truer Words..." Non-Fiction Book Club on December 14 from 5:00-6:00. Discussing For All the Tea in China: How England Stole the World's Favorite Drink and Changed History by Sarah Rose. Copies of the book are available at the library.

Dec 19 5:00P: Luminaries on Harrison Street with Carolers.  Anyone wishing to join in the caroling can meet at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at 5:15P.  Hot chocolate will be served in the driveway at 605 Harrison St.
