Annual 4-H Penny Carnival

The Annual 4-H Penny Carnival will be held in the 4-H Exhibits Building on the Palo Alto County Fairgrounds. This event will kick off National 4-H Week, October 2-8. 4-H clubs will provide various carnival games for all ages, including prizes for all participants. The 4-H County Council members will provide a concession stand. The public is invited for a fun-filled afternoon!
