City Hall and Emmetsburg Municipal Utilities will be closed Thursday, July 4, 2019 for Independence Day. Thursday’s garbage route will be picked up on Friday, July 5, 2019. All recycling (North and South of Hwy 18) will be picked up on Wednesday, July 3rd.
