NOTICE TO BIDDERS
2022 Downtown Housing Grant Project
The City of Emmetsburg is now accepting bids for the construction of the Downtown Housing Grant Project as described in the plans and specifications. All bids must be sealed and submitted to the City Clerk, City of Emmetsburg, PO Box 417, 2021 Main Street, Emmetsburg, Iowa 50536 prior to 12:00 p.m. on September 9, 2022 at which time the bids will be opened in the City Council Chambers of City Hall. The City will have the right to reject any or all bids. Bids will be submitted to City Council for final approval on September 12, 2022.
