Emmetsburg Municipal Utilities is accepting applications for a full-time Water Foreman. The successful candidate will oversee the Water Department as well as aid in Wastewater and Gas departments, as necessary. The foreman will work under the direction of the EMU Board and EMU Superintendent/City Administrator.
Qualified applicants must have knowledge of water treatment plant and distribution system, sample collecting, good written and oral communication skills, advanced math skills, detail orientated, and Grade II Water and Distribution Licenses or ability to obtain licenses.
Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, holidays, personal days and a clothing allowance. Starting wage will be based upon experience and qualifications.
