The Emmetsburg City Council adopted Resolution No. 23-12 – a resolution of maximum property tax dollars for FY2024 – on Monday, February 13, 2023.
The maximum property tax dollars for the affected tax levies for FY2023-2024 shall not exceed the following total: Total maximum levy for affected property tax levies – $1,968,992 with a levy rate of $14.85028.
