Emmetsburg City Hall and Emmetsburg Municipal Utilities will be closed this Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday.
The Thursday solid waste route will be picked up early on Wednesday, November 23rd.
The Friday solid waste route will be picked up late on Monday, November 28th.
