Canoe & Kayak Rentals
Kayaks and canoes are available to rent from The Shores at Five Island, located at 14 N Lawler Street in Emmetsburg.
- $25.00 for 3 hours for each canoe/kayak
- Staff will unlock equipment, renter(s) must carry equipment to the water
- Each canoe is provided with 3 life jackets and 2 paddles
- Each kayak is provided with 1 lifejacket and 1 paddle
- Last rental of the day is at 5:00 p.m – If rented after 5:00 p.m., all vessels need to be returned by 8:00 p.m.
- Renters must sign a Canoe/Kayak Rental Agreement to rent equipment. If renter is under the age of 18, an adult must sign the agreement.
- A deposit will be required and will be returned if equipment is retruned in the same condition as at the time of rental (cleaned of sand, leaves, and debris). We will accept $20 cash, a credit card, or I.D.
