The VFW will host a Soup Supper featuring chili, vegetable beef and chicken noodle soups (all homemade!) on December 14 from 4:30-6:30 PM.  The supper is hosted by the VFW and the VFW Ladies’ Auxiliary.  Free will donation.

The Emmetsburg Public Library will host "Truer Words..." Non-Fiction Book Club on December 14 from 5:00-6:00. Discussing For All the Tea in China: How England Stole the World's Favorite Drink and Changed History by Sarah Rose. Copies of the book are available at the library.
