“Sugar Cookie Decorating!” Emmetsburg Public Library Decorate a holiday sugar cookie at the library! Cookies, frosting, and an assortment of sprinkles (and maybe fruit!) will be provided for participants. Please sign up in advance to ensure there are enough supplies. This program is open to all ages.
